Carb Doctor is a low cost, real time carbon diffusion instrument. It displays the carbon profile of the material as it is being heat treated, and will alert the operator the operator when the set target case depth has been achieved. Carb Doctor is suitable for most batch carburizing operations (with a version for continuous carburizers, based on push time).
